I could fall asleep.
I just kept waking between 2–4 a.m.
Falling asleep was never my problem.
During one of the most stressful periods of my life, I relied on different things to help me sleep. They worked... until around 3 a.m.
Almost every night, I'd wake up. Wide awake. I tried magnesium. Melatonin. Even sleep medication. Nothing stopped the wake-ups.
That's when I realised falling asleep and falling back asleep aren't the same problem.
Heated eye masks helped. But getting up at 3 a.m. to use a microwave only made me more awake.
I wanted something I could keep beside my bed. Something I could use immediately — before my mind took over.
That's why I created Third Hour.
